What effect does the program have?
Program study results show students using the RULE of 3 do significantly better mastering language and literacy skills.
Results from pre and post reading tests showed that 78% of students using the RULE of 3 program made significant gains in oral language and foundational literacy skills compared to 4% of students in the control group.
